Hero Paws Dog Grooming was born from a deep love for animals and a passion for gentle, stress-free grooming. What started as a small, cosy home salon has become a real, fitted boutique studio in Sunshine North — a warm pink world where every appointment is one-on-one, unhurried, and thoughtfully tailored to your dog.


My salon does not cage dogs. I work through each groom at your dog's pace, never forcing a style or restraining an animal beyond what is safe and kind. If a session needs to slow down, we slow down. That is the Hero Paws promise.

Meet Naya

Owner of Hero Paws Dog Grooming

Hi! I'm Naya, the heart behind Hero Paws Dog Grooming. My journey began with a lifelong love for animals and a heartfelt dream — to create a grooming space where every dog feels safe, calm, and genuinely cared for.

I hold a Master's degree in Marketing Management from Stamford International University. Driven by my passion, I went on to complete professional dog grooming training in both Thailand and Korea, allowing me to combine knowledge with hands-on expertise.

At Hero Paws, I work one-on-one with each dog, providing gentle, personalised grooming that prioritises not only their physical comfort but also their emotional well-being. I believe that every dog deserves patience, kindness, and a positive experience — where grooming becomes something they can enjoy, not fear.

The Hero Paws Way

No cages, ever.

My salon does not cage dogs. Appointments are scheduled so your dog is never left waiting, and never overlaps with another. When your groom is done, you come and collect — no long stays, no stress.

One dog at a time.

Every appointment is one-on-one. Your dog has my full attention — their mood, their coat, their comfort. There is no production line here, only a patient groomer and a pup who deserves to feel at ease.

Never forced.

If your dog moves or becomes unsettled, I adjust. For very extreme or highly fashionable styles, I'll be honest if it is not safe to finish — your dog's wellbeing always comes before a perfect finish.
