How to Book
To make a booking, please send me a text at 0432 477 222. Kindly include the following details in your message:
Let me know what breed they are and whether they are toy, small, medium, large, or XL — this helps me give you an accurate price.
Their age helps me understand their grooming history and how to approach the session with the right pace.
A quick photo of your dog's current coat condition lets me confirm the right service and give you a confident price before you come in.
First-time grooming, nervous behaviour, sensitive areas, or anything else I should know. The more I know, the better I can prepare for a calm, positive session.
Please note: At this time, I can only accept friendly and non-aggressive dogs to ensure a safe and gentle grooming experience for everyone involved. For new clients, the current wait time for appointments is around 2 weeks when bookings are open.

Salon Policy
We aim to avoid any misunderstandings or issues. For example, late pick-ups are common issues because my salon does not cage dogs — I strive to avoid stress by preventing long waits or overlapping appointments. Please ensure you read our policy before using our services. Thank you to all of our wonderful customers! – Naya
My salon does not cage dogs. Appointments are carefully spaced to avoid overlap — when your groom is finished, please collect your dog promptly. Late pick-ups can cause unnecessary stress, which is why I ask you to be available when we finish.
For the safety of your dog and for Naya's own wellbeing, I can only accept friendly and non-aggressive dogs. If a dog becomes unsafe during the groom, I reserve the right to stop and contact you immediately.
At Hero Paws, I can provide fashion-style grooming — however, your dog's safety and comfort always come first. If your dog moves a lot and I feel it may be unsafe, I might not be able to finish the style exactly as requested. For very extreme or highly fashionable styles, I kindly recommend visiting a salon that specialises in those looks. At Hero Paws, I focus on gentle care and will never force or overly restrain your dog.
If your dog has matting, a de-matting fee will apply ($30 – $80+ depending on size). I will always discuss this with you before proceeding. Some coats require extra time and patience — I would rather take longer and do it gently than rush and cause distress.
New clients can expect a wait time of approximately 2 weeks when bookings are open. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please text me as early as possible so I can offer the slot to another pup waiting for an appointment.
Your dog's breed, size, age, a recent photo of their coat, and any special notes about their temperament or grooming history. This helps Naya prepare the right tools, the right approach, and give you an honest price before you arrive.
